Juwel Filter Systems

The Juwel Filter System offers reliable and effective two-stage biological and mechanical filtration, together with great ease of maintenance. The high volume filter ensures low maintenance along with easy access to all the media without having to remove the filter from the aquarium.

The 230v pumps are designed to ensure the effectiveness of the filtration system by supplying an adequate slow flow of water through the filter media. Due to the large volume of filtration material, this flow ensures a highly effective filter, which results in crystal clear water.

Juwel Multilux High-Lite Lighting Units

The superb Multilux Light System with High-Lite technology from JUWEL Aquarium offers twin tube output with maximum versatility. High-Lite refers to the new light technology by JUWEL Aquarium. It combines the existing tube lengths of the T8 with the new bright T5 technology.

Safety
The Multilux Light System is a watertight system , eliminating the need for cover glasses, giving maximum light penetration to the aquarium. Manufactured to full TUV Certification, they are one of the safest light systems on the market. .

Care
The Multilux Light System allows full access to the aquarium with the lighting in place via a central console that slides back and forth. The end caps contain the vital watertight seals which should be changed annually or whenever the tubes are changed. .

All High-Lite lighting units are supplied without tubes allowing you the freedom to choose from our full range of spectrums to suit your own fishkeeping needs.

This high quality waterproof light unit equipped with an energy efficient electronic ballast provides ample light and illumination to the aquarium and for its plants. The Multilux is of course waterproof.

Double the light output of the Multilux system using the special JUWEL reflectors.

Please observe the recommendations in the instruction manual to maintain the light unit, keep it waterproof to obtain best lighting results.

High-Lite Lamps

High-Lite® refers to the new light technology by JUWEL® Aquarium. It combines the existing tube lengths of the T8 with the new bright T5 technology. High-Lite® Day tube creates a cool and bright light with a colour temperature of 9000 Kelvin. It enhances natural colours and plant growth. For Freshwater we recommend the following combinations: Day + Nature or Day + Colour.

High-Lite® Tube 24 W (438 mm).
The 438 mm / 24 Watt High-Lite Tube can be used in a 55 cm and 60 cm light unit. For: Lido® 120 and Trigon® 350 (rear light unit).

High-Lite Tube 28 W (590 mm).
The 590 mm / 28 Watt High-Lite Tube can be used in a 70 cm and 80 cm light unit. For: Rio® 125 and Trigon® 190.

High-Lite Tube 35 W (742 mm).
The 742 mm / 35 Watt High-Lite Tube can be used in a 92 cm light unit. For: Vision® 180.

High-Lite Tube 45 W (895 mm)

Juwel Monolux Hoods

The complete lighting hood for all aquariums measuring 60 x 30 cm.

Like all JUWEL Lighting Systems the Monolux 60 is waterproof. The Monolux 60 features a 15W light tube and, to double its light output, a built - in reflector. This is sufficient to maintain aquarium plants even in higher tanks. The Monolux 60 lighting hood is standard feature for the highly successful Rekord 60 and Rekord 70 aquariums.

All Monolux Hoods include light tube.

Please observe the recommendations in the instruction manual to ensure that the lighting hood continues to be waterproof. Changing the tubes and eventually the reflector regularly ensures good lighting conditions at all times.

The pump 280 has a capacity of ca. 280 litres per hour. This pump will fit into the JUWEL Filter System Compact Super installed in the Juwel Aquarium Rekord 60 and Rekord 80. Equipment: 1 x Impeller 280.

We have the right impeller for every power head! Original Spare Parts from Juwel: Developed especially for your aquarium.

The capacity and efficiency of the pump is influenced primarily by the impeller installed in the pump. This impeller is rotating 24 hours a day throughout the year and thus subjected to wear and tear. Please check it regularly and replace it when you see the need.

Juwel Rubber Pump Socket

The rubber power head socket for all JUWEL pumps! The constant vibrations emanating from the pump subject the rubber socket to wear and tear. You may find that it hardens over time.

Every litre of filtered water has to pass through this socket! Check it regularly and replace it, when you see the need.
